At Fantasie, we strive to offer you all day comfort and support. There are a few tell-tale signs of ill-fitting bras, but with each of them there's an identifiable easy solution too.

Q: WHY DOES MY UNDERBAND KEEP RIDING UP MY BACK?

A: If your underband is forever creeping up at the back it’s likely that the band you are wearing is too big. Bras should fit snug to the body, and the underband should remain in a horizontal position across the back, level all the way around the body. You should only be able to get one finger underneath the band – any more and your bra will not be providing you the support you require.

Q: WHY DO MY STRAPS DIG INTO MY SHOULDERS?

A: Often if your underband is too big for you, you’ve tightened your straps to compensate for the lack of support the frame is offering you and that could be why you feel that unpleasant pinch. The straps are not designed to take the full weight of your breasts. They should fit close to the body, but not dig in.

Q: WHY ARE MY BREASTS BULGING OUT OF THE CUPS?

A: If you have tissue spilling from the top or side of the cup it is likely that the cup size you are wearing is too small. Once you have scooped and swooped the full breast into the cup the underwire at the side should be sat snugly behind the breast. In the middle it should be sat flat against your chest bone, not sitting on or squashing any breast tissue.
