My Fantasie Fit Campaign, Good Fit Bad Fit

Did you know? If you can pull your underband more than an inch from your back then it's time to size down!

● You shouldn’t be over tightening your straps in a bid to achieve the uplift you crave. 80% of the support in a bra comes from a well fitting underband - not the straps.

● The underband should sit firmly around your ribcage, level at the front and back and parallel to the ground.

● Your underband should never ride up your back – this means it’s too big.

● The centre front of your bra should sit flush against your ribcage. If yours isn’t then try a larger cup size.
● The correct band size will sit snugly and not move whether you raise your arms up or have them by your side.
● Try lifting your arms above your head. If your underband is lifting away from your chest, your band size is too big.

Did you know? We recommend to have a fitting every 6 months as various factors change the size and shape of your breasts. Weight loss or gain, breast-feeding and menopause can all have an effect.

● The correct cup size will give you an even, rounded shape with no dreaded quad-boob in sight!
● The underwire should extend fully behind your breast tissue so there is no bulge or squashing under the arm.
● If you’re spilling out of your cup a little or a lot, try a bigger cup size.
